Camp Description
The Ranger Cabin is an older outpost cabin and is not beautiful like our other cabins but it’s warm and dry and better than being in a tent. This outpost camp is actually typical of what most people would expect from a fly-in outpost camp in the far north. The Ranger Cabin is fully equipped for housekeeping with everything you need such as lights, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, glasses, dishes, pots, pans and cutlery. It’s roughing it a little but that only adds to the adventure factor. The cabin is heated by wood burning stove. There is additional propane BBQ outside.

The back half of the cabin is the bedroom. There are multiple bunk beds and fold up beds and mattresses. This outpost can comfortably sleep 8 people.

Portage Lakes

A short portage off of Anishinabi will put you into some of the best Walleye, Northern, Perch lakes in the area.
